Why join WIE
Why networking?
Research has indicated that women do not make use of networks in the same way as their male counterparts. There are various reasons for this, sometimes due to their caring responsibilities but it can also be due to a lack of confidence among women, being in the minority at male dominated networks or not knowing how to "network".
Whatever the reasons here are 5 good reasons for you to take action and get connected with other like-minded women.
